12:00 – 21:00 – Registration and checking weight for competitors - Będzin Arena, 20 Sportowa Street 42-500 Będzin.

Without the weight check, competitors will not be permitted to participate in kumite events.
Team managers must collect the identity badges for their Sportdata registered competitors, coaches and officials.
There will be NO ACCESS to the sports hall without an ID card/badge. Only in exceptional circumstances and after prior arrangement with the organizer will it be possible to register and weigh in in the sports hall on Friday, October 24.

Kata and kumite seminar on 23rd October 2025:

11:00-13:00 - Hala Centrum in Dąbrowa Górnicza Aleja Róż 1.
16.00-18.00 - Technical training seminar: all judges, coaches, managers and competitors should be present: Hala Arena Sosnowiec on the premises of Arcellor Mittal Zagłębiowski Park Sportowy, Plac Zagłębia 1, 41-219 Sosnowiec.
